Breakdown of SmartForm subscription pricing, credit report volume rates, SmartRoute add-on cost, and optional custom buildout fees.

After your 7-day free trial, here’s how billing works:

• SmartForm (with SmartRoute): $97.00/month
• SmartForm + X-ray (credit reports): $97.00/month + report costs

Volume-based Report Costs (X-ray): Standard:Credit score, Available Credit, Income, DTI, 2yrs Contact Info, bankruptcies etc

• $3.10 each (up to 1,000 reports/monthly)
• $2.75 each (1,000+)
• $2.50 each (2,500+)
• $2.25 each (5,000+)
• $2.10 each (10,000+)
• $2.00 each (prepaid 10,000+)

Volume-based Report Costs (X-ray): Assets included: *Everything in Standard + Investable Assets (money market, CDs, stocks, mutual funds) + Retirement Assets (401k, IRA, etc.)*

• $3.90 each (up to 1,000 reports/monthly)
• $3.65 each (1,001+)
• $3.50 each (2,501+)
• $3.25 each (5,001+)
• $3.10 each (10,001+)
• $3.00 each (prepaid 10,000+)

Volume-based Report Costs (X-ray): Full Credit Summary w/o Income: *Everything on a credit report (tradelines, payment history, full credit profile) - does NOT include income data*

• $4.40 each (up to 1,000 reports/monthly)
• $4.20 each (1,001+)
• $4.00 each (2,501+)
• $3.70 each (5,001+)
• $3.50 each (10,001+)

We only charge for successful reports. 

🧾 How does report billing work?

Summary:

Understand how SimpleCheck charges for X-ray credit reports, how your volume affects pricing, and when billing happens.

We only charge for successful credit report pulls.

Here’s how it works:

• You’re billed on a usage meter. Every $800 and every two(2) weeks.
• Higher volume = cheaper per-report rate
• Billing is fully automated and tracked by successful pulls

Example:

If you pulled 2,643 reports last month, you’re billed at the $2.50/report tier this month. If this month you only pull 998, next month you’re billed at the $3.10 tier.

Custom Buildouts

• If you do not use GHL for your CRM and still want to get set up it will be a custom build
• If you are not wanting to use SmartForm because you like your funnel exactly like it is, we can do a custom buildout
• This will have SimpleCheck reports (X-ray) be connect on the back end of your existing tech stack
• The custom build out is 100% done for you, by our dev team, and all future maintenance
• Pricing is $5,000-$25,000
