Report Billing: How You’re Charged for X-Ray Pulls

Current X-Ray Billing

SmartForm charges only when an X-Ray report is pulled successfully.

• $3.10 per successful report
• No charge for failed/unmatched checks
• Accrued usage is billed bi-weekly
• Billing occurs sooner when accrued usage reaches the $800 threshold

Billing is automated and based on recorded successful pulls.

Example

At $3.10 per successful report:

• 100 successful reports = $310 in accrued usage
• Failed checks add $0
• If accrued usage reaches $800 before the next bi-weekly billing point, the threshold charge is processed automatically

The old example that automatically moved accounts between $2.50 and $3.10 monthly volume tiers is not the current default portal flow.

Volume Discounts

If you expect 500+ reports per month, use the volume-discount link shown in the Activate X-Ray Vision dialog or contact the team for a current quote.

Where to Confirm the Terms

Open the widget → X-Ray → Activate X-Ray Vision. The confirmation dialog shows the current successful-report price, cadence, threshold, and failed-check policy before activation.
