X-Ray Report Data: What’s Included

The Old Four-Tier Table Is No Longer the Portal Flow

The portal does not currently ask SmartForm customers to choose Base, Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise report tiers.

The current widget flow is:

Widget Editor → X-Ray → Activate X-Ray Vision

What the Current X-Ray Activation Includes

When returned by a successful identity/report match:

• Credit score
• Available/spendable credit
• Income
• DTI (debt-to-income)
• IP/location data
• Advanced analytics used in Reports and Smart Routing

Some downstream CRM/report records can also include related offer/status/address fields when the report provider returns them.

Not every successful response contains every optional field. Do not substitute made-up values when a field is unavailable.

How X-Ray Works With Smart Routing

Smart Routing can use X-Ray values in lead rules. When Smart Routing is enabled, X-Ray Vision is required and cannot be disabled until Smart Routing is turned off.

Current Default Billing

• $3.10 per successful report
• Failed/unmatched checks are free
• Bi-weekly billing for accrued usage
• Automatic billing at the $800 threshold

Volume discounts may be available for 500+ reports per month. Review the confirmation shown in the portal before activating X-Ray.

Where to View Results

Open Reports for report-level details and exports. Qualification/routing data can also be sent to connected CRMs and webhooks.

If expected fields are missing, confirm the pull succeeded and contact support with the widget name and submission time.
