⚠️ Why didn’t a report generate for my lead?

Summary:

Find out why some credit reports may fail to generate, including input errors, missing bureau relationships, or unsupported non-U.S. leads. Only successful reports are billed.

If a report didn’t fire, it’s usually due to one of the following:

• The phone number, email, or last name was entered incorrectly
• The lead has no active relationship with the credit bureaus
• The lead is outside the U.S. or has a non-U.S. phone number

Tip: The more complete and accurate the contact info, the higher the success rate.
