Can I customize the SmartForm questions or is it locked in?

Yes, you can customize SmartForm fields to match your funnel needs. We also provide guidance on best practices.


How does the system decide where to route each lead?

We use SmartRoute. A financial logic system that routes leads based on their actual credit profile (e.g., high-limit card vs. no credit).


Does SmartForm work for leads outside the U.S.?

No. We only support U.S. leads with valid U.S. phone numbers and identity matches.


Can I use SmartForm just to pull credit reports without changing my funnel?

Yes. We offer custom buildouts ($5–10K) if you want the reports and API without modifying your funnel.


Can I embed SmartForm into my website or does it have to be standalone?

Yes, it can be embedded or launched standalone. We’ll help configure the best flow for your setup.


Does SmartForm detect fraud or duplicate entries?

Can I use SmartForm inside a lead ad (Meta or Google) and still route correctly?

Yes, as long as the user lands on SmartForm and gives consent, the full logic still applies.


What happens if someone qualifies for both my low- and high-ticket products?

You can prioritize either in the routing logic. Some clients run split tests or give options.






How do you handle consumer consent to stay compliant with FCRA?

We use legally binding language and record full consent with timestamp, IP, and user inputs. This protects you under the FCRA.


Will this trigger adverse action or discrimination issues if I’m routing based on income or credit?

No. Because we’re not denying access, we’re routing to the most aligned product based on consented data. That’s the key legal difference.


Do I need to worry about storing sensitive data on my end?

No. The credit data isn’t stored in your CRM unless you choose to map certain attributes. We handle the heavy lifting securely.


What happens if the FTC audits my funnel? Do you keep the consent records?

Yes. We log and store all records of consent in a secure, encrypted environment.


Is this HIPAA compliant for healthcare offers?

HIPAA doesn’t apply, because we don’t collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI). However, yes we are still HIPAA compliant

Yes. Direct GHL integration is built-in. Others are supported via Zapier or API for now. As we roll out updates, the other CRMs will be available.


Can I set up SmartForm without needing a developer?

Yes. Our video walkthrough and support make setup simple. No code required.


Can I have different SmartForms for different funnels or offers?

Yes. You can clone and configure multiple forms with unique logic per funnel.


How fast is your API if I’m doing advanced routing?

FAST. It’s built for real-time routing.


What data do I get back after the report is pulled? Can I see it in my CRM?

You’ll get qualified attributes like spending power, utilization, and credit score. These can be mapped to your CRM via Zapier or API.

Can I A/B test my funnel with and without SmartForm to see the lift?

💳 Pricing & Billing



What happens after the 7-day trial? Will I get charged automatically?

Yes. After 7 days, your card will be charged based on the plan you selected during sign-up.


What if I go over my monthly report volume? Do you stop pulling?

There is no limit. You are billed on the current month for the previous month report volume. Example: Last month you ran 2,643 reports. This month you are billed at $2.50per report. If this month you run only 998 reports, next month you will be billed at $3.10 per report.


How do I move to a prepaid report plan to get the cheaper rate?

Reach out to our team. Prepaying for 10,000+ reports drops your cost to $2 per report.


If I cancel, do I lose access to the SmartForm data I’ve already collected?

No. You’ll retain access to your CRM data, but SmartForm services and pull access will be disabled.


Can I pause my account if I’m not actively running traffic that month?

If you aren''t running traffic, you will not be billed for the X-ray (reports). You would only be billed for the SmartForm $59.99/mo and if SmartRoute enabled $29.99/mo
