# Pricing Breakdown: SmartForm and X-Ray Report Costs

## Current SmartForm Pricing

- **SmartForm Subscription:** **$97 per month**
- **Smart Routing:** included with SmartForm; it is not a separate add-on
- **X-Ray Vision:** usage billed separately when enabled

If your checkout includes a trial, the trial end/renewal date displayed in checkout or your account controls the first subscription charge.

## X-Ray Report Cost

- **$3.10 per successful report**
- No charge for failed/unmatched checks
- Accrued usage is billed bi-weekly
- Billing occurs sooner if accrued usage reaches the **$800 threshold**

The portal shows these terms before you click **Activate X-Ray Vision**. An existing higher-volume/legacy account can have an account-specific Stripe report rate; its current billing agreement applies.

### What the Current X-Ray Activation Includes

When returned by a successful check:

- Credit score
- Available/spendable credit
- Income
- DTI (debt-to-income)
- IP/location data
- Advanced analytics used by Reports and Smart Routing

Smart Routing requires X-Ray Vision because its rules can use this data.

## Volume Discounts

If you expect **500+ reports per month**, use the volume-discount link shown in the X-Ray activation dialog or contact the SimpleCheck team for a current quote.

> Do not rely on old multi-tier report tables. The portal's current activation terms are the source of truth for the default product.

## Native CRM Connections Do Not Require a Custom Build

GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and ClickFunnels can be connected through the portal when available on your account. You do not need a custom backend build merely because you do not use GoHighLevel.

Custom API/backend implementations are quoted separately based on scope. Contact sales/support for a current written quote.

## Billing Questions

### Am I charged when no report is returned?
No. Failed checks are free.

### Is Smart Routing another monthly charge?
No. Smart Routing is included with SmartForm.

### Where can I confirm the terms?
Open the widget's **X-Ray** tab and click **Activate X-Ray Vision** to review the current terms before confirming.
