**Hours:**
Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST
Response time is typically under 24 hours

**Who You’re Talking To:**

* **Josh** - Client Success Director (day-to-day support)
* **Philip** - Tech & API setup
* **Hossam** - Developer (yes, only one guy built all of this) 
* **Hunter & Grant** - Co-founders (handle escalations)
